9. Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM Compliance

If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing privacy@canyoninc.net. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

We will not charge you for unsubscribing, require more than your email address to opt out, or re-add you to our list after you have opted out.

All marketing emails include our physical mailing address and a clear identification as commercial messages where required.

10. Children's Privacy
